Biography
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Klawitter worked for some of the best defense firms in San Diego. At these firms, he gained valuable insight into how employers value cases, the common and repeated mistakes made by employers, the pressure points for corporate employers, and the strategies and tactics used by defense attorneys to defeat meritorious lawsuits.
